Amy became an essential part of The Temples Company in 2025, bringing energy and dedication to the team. While she is not a licensed agent, she plays a vital role in the company’s day-to-day operations. From managing property advertising and overseeing website content to keeping the office running smoothly, Amy ensures that everything behind the scenes is handled with care and precision.

Outside the office, Amy stays busy with her teenage daughter, cheering her on through all her activities and adventures. A proud Georgia Bulldogs fan, she can often be found in Athens on game weekends — not just rooting for UGA football but also supporting the baseball team. She loves traveling, has a passion for home organization, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Amy is an active member of Vidalia Cornerstone Church and proudly supports Vidalia Heritage Academy, reflecting her strong ties to both her faith and community.
Jennifer Green is a licensed commercial real estate professional in Georgia, earning her license in 2023 after more than a decade of experience in business operations, accounting, and marketing. She began her career with The Temples Company in 2008 as Office Manager/Marketing Director, where she quickly became an integral part of the firm’s day-to-day operations. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University, Jennifer brings a well-rounded skill set that combines business management, accounting expertise, and marketing strategy. This diverse background allows her to approach commercial real estate transactions with a unique blend of financial insight, organizational efficiency, and client-focused professionalism.

Outside of work, Jennifer is deeply family-oriented. She and her husband enjoy a busy life with their five children and three grandchildren. When she isn’t supporting clients or her team at The Temples Company, she enjoys baking, hunting, and fishing. Her love of family and community drives her dedication to helping businesses and investors find the right commercial properties to achieve their goals.
Licensed in Georgia, Terry joined The Temples Company in 2018 after serving as Vice President of Operations for a large regional medical center. With a diverse background in both medical administration and retail, Terry plays an active role in all aspects of the company’s operations — including site selection, sales, leasing, and property management.

Terry is deeply committed to his community and has served in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles. He is a proud member of the Toombs County Chamber of Commerce and an active member of First Baptist Church, where he also plays in the church band. In addition, he serves on the Onion Festival Airshow Committee, is a former board member of the Sweet Onion Classic, and participates in the Rotary Club. A graduate of the Leadership Toombs-Montgomery Class of 2004, Terry continues to be engaged in local initiatives that make a positive impact.

He holds undergraduate degrees as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia Southern University, combining his business expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and community service.
Licensed in Georgia as an Associate Broker and in Florida as the Broker in Charge, Pollyann has been an invaluable part of The Temples Company since 1999. Before joining the company, she served as the Executive Director of a countywide Chamber of Commerce and Development Authority, where she built strong relationships and gained extensive experience in economic development.

Pollyann is deeply committed to serving her community and region. She currently serves on the local advisory board for Ameris Bank and as a Director on the New Meadows Foundation, which is funded by the proceeds from the sale of Meadows Regional Medical Center to HCA. Additionally, she is an active member of the Greater Savannah Regional Alliance (GRSA), a 13-county joint development authority, where she previously served as President.

Her leadership extends across numerous organizations. She is a former Vice President of the Meadows Regional Medical Center Operating Board and contributed to both its Finance and Executive Committees. She has also served as President of the Southeastern Technical College Board of Directors and the Technical College Directors Association of Georgia, as well as Chairman of the Toombs County Development Authority. In addition, Pollyann has proudly represented Georgia as a State Host for the Red Carpet Tour, welcoming prospective employers to explore opportunities in the state.

Outside of her professional roles, Pollyann is an active member of Vidalia Cornerstone Church, where she has served on numerous committees. She is a proud graduate of Auburn University — WAR EAGLE!
Licensed in Georgia and a co-founder of The Temples Company, Marsha plays a vital role in the company’s operations. She is primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting and rent collection within lease administration, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial management.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Marsha has a long history of leadership and service within the community. She has served as Chairman of The Vidalia Onion Festival and held presidential roles with the Toombs-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors, and the Meadows Regional Hospital Foundation Board.

Marsha is an active member of Vidalia Cornerstone Church, where she completed a three-year term as Chairman of the Administrative Board, served on the Finance Committee, and taught Sunday School for nine years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Toombs-Montgomery United Way, where she has also chaired the Campaign Fund, as well as the Board of The Refuge Domestic Center. Additionally, she is the Chairman of The Vidalia Onion Festival Air Show Committee.

In recognition of her extensive contributions, Marsha was honored as Vidalia’s Lady of the Year in 2001. Above all, she treasures her role as mother to two daughters and grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren.
Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, Dent founded The Temples Company in 1992 and leads the firm with decades of experience in commercial real estate, distribution, and retail. He holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and is actively involved in all aspects of the business — including site selection, sales and leasing, property management, and investment strategy.

Under Dent’s leadership, The Temples Company operates in over 50 cities across three states each year, managing rent collection, property operations, and strategic growth initiatives. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach continue to drive the company’s success and reputation for excellence.

Before founding The Temples Company, Dent served as Senior Vice President of Distribution and Real Estate for Piggly Wiggly Southern/Brunos, where he gained extensive experience in large-scale operations and real estate development. He has also held significant industry roles, including Chairman of Government Relations for the Food Marketing Institute and member of the Coca-Cola Research Council.

Dent’s dedication extends beyond business into leadership and community service. He has served as President of the local Chamber of Commerce, member of the Georgia State Board of Education, Chairman of the Toombs County Development Authority, and member of a multi-county development authority. Additionally, he is a former Vice Chairman and Board Member of the Georgia State Chamber of Commerce and proudly served as a State Host for Georgia’s Red Carpet Tour, welcoming prospective employers to the state.

An active member of Vidalia Cornerstone Church, Dent has served in numerous leadership roles within the congregation. In recognition of his contributions to business and community, he was honored as Vidalia’s Citizen of the Year in 1995. Dent holds an undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and an MBA in Food Distribution from the University of Southern California.
