The Temples Company is a full-service commercial real estate firm licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Our office in Vidalia, Georgia, is centrally located to the three states where we work so that we can easily cover our market area.
Annually, our firm collects rent, sells, leases, manages or performs site selection services in 55 cities in the three states. While our firm knows, understands and works in the larger metropolitan markets, we are also one of the few commercial-only real estate firms that specialize in the smaller, rural markets.

  1. Marketing Retail, Industrial, and Investment Properties – Our objective is to give your property maximum exposure to tenants, purchasers, and other commercial real estate brokers. We maintain our listings on several commercial real estate websites as well as The Temples Company’s website. We customize marketing flyer on each property that we can email and share with prospective tenants and/or purchasers. We also market our properties to other commercial real estate brokers and encourage them to co-broke with us. Our service does not end with marketing your property. Once we have an interested prospect; we also provide expertise in negotiating contracts and/or leases and coordinating transactions.
  2. Site Selection – We serve our clients as either a tenant or buyer agent and our objective is to provide our client with the best possible site at the least possible price.
  3. Property Management – Our main objective in property management is to take away the headache of ownership, especially to the absentee owner, and provide the security of knowing that our firm is regularly looking after the property as if it were our own.

Since The Temples Company works a large geographical area, our motto has become “have car, will travel”. As a result, we have developed long-term relationships in most cities in our market area with both the owners/landlords, city officials, local brokers, and tenants who operate in that area.
