Dent L. Temples, Jr.
Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, Dent founded The Temples Company in 1992 and holds the professional designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). With a background in distribution and retail, he is actively involved in all phases of The Temples Company including site selection, sales and leasing, and property management. Under Dent’s leadership, the company consistently operates each year in more than 50 cities in 3 states in rent collection, management, site selection, sales and leasing.
Dent’s background is of valuable assistance to him in his every day work. Prior to forming The Temples Company, he was the Senior Vice President of Distribution and Real Estate for Piggly Wiggly Southern/Brunos and held industry positions such as Chairman of Government Relations Food Marketing Institute and was a member of the Coca Cola Research Council. Furthermore, Dent has served as President of the local Chamber of Commerce, a member of the State Board of Education, past Chairman of the Toombs County Development Authority and a past member of a multi-county development authority. He is a past member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Georgia State Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving as a State Host for Georgia’s Red Carpet Tour for prospective employers desiring to locate in Georgia. Dent is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Vidalia and has held various positions in his church. In 1995, he was honored as Vidalia’s Citizen of the Year. Dent’s undergraduate degree is from Georgia Southern University and his MBA is from the University of Southern California in Food Distribution.

Marsha Temples
Licensed in Georgia and co-founder of The Temples Company, Marsha is primarily responsible for the day-to-day accounting and rent collection functions under lease administration.
Marsha, in addition to her duties with The Temples Company, has served as Chairman of the Vidalia Onion Festival and President of the Toombs-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Vidalia Boys and Girls Club, Vidalia Refuge Center and Meadows Regional Hospital Foundation Board. In 2001, Marsha was honored as Vidalia’s Lady of the Year. She is active in the First United Methodist Church where she recently served a three-year term as Chairman of the Administrative Board.

Pollyann Martin
Licensed in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, Pollyann joined The Temples Company in 1998 after serving as Executive Director of a county wide chamber of commerce and development authority. Pollyann assisted Aaron’s with site selection in over 50 locations and represents Papa Murphy’s in the Greater Jacksonville, Florida market. Pollyann concentrates in retail and industrial sales and leasing as well as site selection.
When not at the office, Pollyann volunteers in her community in areas that support economic growth and development.
She currently serves as Vice President of the Meadows Regional Medical Center operating board, as well as on their Finance and Executive Committees. She also serves on the local advisory board for Ameris Bank. She is a past Chairman of the Board of Southeastern Technical College and past President of the Technical College Directors Association of Georgia. She is a past Chairman of the Toombs County Development Authority and of the Greater Regional Savannah Regional Alliance, a joint development authority of 13 counties in Southeast Georgia.
She also served as a State Host for Georgia’s Red Carpet Tour for prospective employers desiring to locate in Georgia. She is a member of the Vidalia First United Methodist Church and has served on several church committees.

Licensed in Georgia, Terry joined The Temples Company in 2018 after serving as Vice President of Operations for a large regional medical center. With a background in medical and retail, he is actively involved in all phases of The Temples Company including site selection, sales, leasing and property management.
When not in the office, Terry serves his community as a member of the Toombs County Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the First Baptist Church where he plays in the church band. He is a past member of the Onion Festival Airshow Committee, board member of the Sweet Onion Classic and member of the Kiwanis Club. Terry is also a graduate of the Leadership Toombs-Montgomery Class of 2004. Terry’s undergraduate degrees and Masters of Healthcare Administration are from Georgia Southern University.

Jennifer Tucker
Unlicensed, but an integral part in the day-to-day activities of The Temples Company, Jennifer joined The Temples Company in 2008. She is responsible for most of the advertising of properties, website management, and day-to-day functions of maintaining an office.
Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University. When she is not in the office, she stays busy with her three children, two bonus children and all their many activities. When she does manage some free time, she loves to bake, hunt and fish.
